Also we would like to thank you for organizing our tour - every moment we felt taken care of, safe and comfortable. There are so many good memories which will last and cannot be shadowed by anything. With confidence I can say that organization of the tour exeeded my expectations and any fear I possibly had previously was totally unnesessary. Please pass our gratitude to guide and driver from Orccha ( for their assistance in trainstation) and to our driver mr. Narender for his exellent service.
India is a beautiful country with friendly people and there are so many places still for us to explore. So we definately hope to be back one day.

Company services : -
Excellent !!!! Big thanks to Rajneesh – very helpful, Professional, reactive & always reachable. I also enjoyed the customization of the whole trip.
Good Hotels Overall. Shivniwas is not worth with the Standard Room ( Palace room). Samode was fantastic, it would be nice to propse upgragdes to our clients as a choice with your quote.
Overall, Indian hotels are not sound proof & therefore quite noisy.
Car & Driver :-
Car was very good, Our first driver ( Shakil) was excellent & very helpful, tactful & understanding. Second driver was more average with broken English & aggressive driving.
Guide : -
Very good everywhere except in Delhi & Jaipur.
Comments & Suggestions :-
See Hotel part. Better English knowledge for the drivers would be a plus.

Thank you for everything, we had a fantastic trip.
I have some feedback for you below.
Hotels- All of the hotels that we were put up in were fantastic! The service was brilliant and we were very happy.
Even in Jasalmeir, they did a great job, giving us hot water in the morning. That was much appreciated.
Transport :- Having the Tempo Traveler and a driver throughout our trip was very convenient.
This way we could do everything at our own pace. We stopped and ate whenever we wanted to and it was great over all.
The drivers were all polite and clean, and knew their ways around. Our driver in Amritsar was good, but he got a little lost a couple of times.
Guides :- We thoroughly enjoyed having guides in every city. They were very insightful and informative.We especially enjoyed the Guide in Agra (Islambhai), he was the best. He was very passionate and told us where to take good pictures.
The guide in Amritsar was alright, but we had to ask him for information, instead of him taking the initiative and saying it first.
Trains :- The 3 tier train from Bikanar to Delhi was OK, but not very comfortable. It was hard to sleep because people around us kept getting on and off
And were turning on and off the light. And the Train was 2 hours delayed in arriving at Delhi.
The Amritsar to Delhi train was great. The food they offered was delicious and it was quick and comfortable.
Company service :- service was brilliant, everything happened as planned and on time, It was thanks to you that we managed to get so many things done in such a short amount of time.
If we had any problems or request we would call you and let you know, and in no time you would take care of it.

All the Hotels were Great & Comfortable. Staff was very helpful.
Driver was excellent and he was very helpful when I was sick. Very kind, very courteous and an excellent driver.
Guide :– Delhi Guide – very knowledgable, funny & Kind
Jaipur guide :– Enthusitc about his city. Did a very good job.
Agra Guide :– Knowledgeable, Good English.
TNS Services : - Excellent & Would recommend to Others.
Everyone was excellent, needful & Kind.
