Hello Dear Mr. Rajneesh,I do apologise for the late response but it has been hectic since we returned.. Pretty hard getting back to reality after the VIP treatment you guys gave us in India!! I would like to THANK YOU and your team for putting together a wonderful package which made our holiday such an unforgettable experience! Deborah and I, with Anil of course, were really excited about this trip and it turned out to be absolutely incredible! We loved all the hotels you booked us into and whilst we were in awe of all the splendour and grandeur that come with the palaces, forts and deluxe hotels, our favourite was the Taj Hari Mahal in Jodphur and ITC Mughal in Agra! The Country Inn & Suites in Jaipur, we felt, was not quite the same category as the others, though their restaurants and spa services were just as great!
Our driver, Naresh, has got to be the best you have! We were together for 14 days in which time he became privvy to all our family jokes and conversations but still managing to remain very professional!
Sightseeing was awesome with each city having it's own wonderful story! Each guide we had was very passionate about their city and its history! We love the wonderful pictures we took and more so, of those with us riding the rickshaws, camels and elephants.
Have a couple of comments below:
COUNTRY INN & SUITES in Jaipur, this was the only hotel that we felt was not quite the same level as the others and whilst we enjoyed the restaurants and spa and their great services, we were not impressed when at time of check-in, we were put into a "smoking" room. We had to ask to be moved out. However, this was done with no hassle. THE LALIT LAXMI NIWAS PALACE, Udaipur. We loved this palace but our last night was marred by the painting and hammering in our corridor. When we returned after dinner, our room was reeking of paint. We complained and subsequently got moved to another room on the next floor, this was almost midnight. I'd filled in their "comment" form and spoke to one of the receptionist. She was very apologetic. DRIVER IN MUMBAI did not have the same professionalism as Naresh. We found him pleasant but a bit too eager when he should have been concentrating on driving rather than on what our guide was saying.
