Hotels:
Agra - Nice service room, Food not very good.
Delhi- Much nicer room than first night.
Mandawa- Excellent room + food.
Bikaner - Lovely room, food and service not as good as mandawa.
Jaisalmer - Beautiful hotel, good food and excellent service.
Jodhpur - Liked deing right in town, great food.
Mount Abu - worth a return visit, food okay.
Udaipur - nice but no atmosphere, food excellent.
Pushkar – Lovely room + view, food good.
Bundi- but nice atmosphere, very good food & service.
Jaipur- Lovely Hotel (Location not great), very good food.
Ranthambore National Park- Room-Fine, No water in pool, pretty basic, food very good.
Car & Drivers Services:
Komal Kisore is excellent driver. He knows all the areas very well and even shen we had to make a longed tour, he was able to take us to see some extra things. He is always on time and very polite and helpful. He seems to understand English quite well and can answer our questions and tell us about things too. The car was very comfortable and reliable.
Guide Services:
Mandawa - Very good,
Bikaner - Header to understand but also good,
Jaisalmer - Very Good,
Jodhpur- Very good,
Mount Abu - Okay quieter,
Udaipur – Excellent!,
Pushkar – good,
Jaipur – Very good,
Agra – Very good,
Delhi – Excellent, probably the best English.
Over All Company Services:
this was a wonderful trip- well planned and very interesting. All the hotels and guides met or exceeded our expectations. We feel like we got to know one area of India, and it was all very good.
Two of our guides had to answer their cell phones several times, especially in Pushkar. You might want to tell them to “mute” their phones.

Our trip to India was unforgettable in a very positive way. Looking back, our decision to book a tour with your company was the best decision we could have made from the point of convenience, comfort and education. We also felt that the cost of the tour was fair.
The tour guides were SUPERB. All did a great job and were most accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. My favorites were our guides in Jaipur and Udaipur, but everyone was excellent. The drivers all did a wonderful job – they were on time, had excellent driving skills and were very courteous and helpful.
Hotels – Lalit hotels were top of the line. The Ramada in Jaipur was very satisfactory. Varanasi and Mumbai (Best Western) hotels felt like 3 star at best and they did not come close to matching the quality of the others we experienced. I recommend you not offer them in the future.
The train ride from Agra to Varanasi was an adventure. We were in a 2nd class coach with A/C but it was not a comfortable night. If there are no 1st class coaches available then perhaps this is not a good option to offer. Flights around India were good although the Agra – Delhi – Jaipur flight took almost a day and this felt like a wasted opportunity. We had a long 5 hour wait at Delhi airport, and then the flight was delayed another 90 minutes.
Hotel meals were on the expensive side so we looked for alternative restaurants and found some excellent ones in the guide book. You may want to offer your clients suggested restaurants for them to try on their travels.
Tour highlights were many. I think you need to include the Ghandi house and Nehru residence as part of the Delhi visit. In Mumbai we felt a little short changed as there was time to do more in the 2 days we visited. Include a stop at the Taj Hotel, the Victoria Terminus as the history and architecture would be interesting to most tourists.

Hotels: Hotel in Mumbai was not very good. First room they gave me old and dirty. The other room was fine. Hotels in Delhi and Agra were very excellent. Hotel in Jaipur was fine.
Car & Driver Services : All cars were excellent in shape. Car driver was very good and provided very excellent service.
Guide services: Guide in Mumbai was very good. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall company Services: The overall services were very excellent. From the time I planned the reply was prompt from there end and all the flexibility I needed they provided me. All the staff was very friendly and professional and service oriented.
