Firstly, congratulations on the revised website - it is a very professional site and highly useful. A fitting entrance to TNS services.
As it is Marilyn's birthday in early April and our wedding anniversary in early May, we are looking to return to India again between 20 and 30 April 2010. Our airline arrangements from here have us arriving in Delhi Wednesday 21 April (oh dear 0215).
Feedback about the trip April 2010 :-
Apologies for not filling out the form before we left - but I have reconstructed the elements with comments below. Thank you for the delightful tea box and tea - the tea is very good.
Hotels :-
ITC Maurya (Delhi); Lake Palace (Udaipur); Crowne Plaza (Kathmandu); Oberoi (Agra)
All excellent and first class service and facilities. Oberoi's view of Taj Mahal (no more than 1 kilometre away) from the room was superb - just like standing in front of it. All bookings were in place and there were no problems at all.
Car & Driver services :-
Again Prakash (Delhi/Agra) was first class and safe. Car was always clean and comfortable. Drivers in Udaipur and Kathmandu also very good and safe. Vehicle in Kathmandu was older and smaller but most likely reflecting the automobile ages in Nepal ?
Guide Services :-
All were excellent, well informed and their english was very good. Always on time and happy to fit around our particular requests.
Overall company services :-
Excellent. TNS' services delivered a complete and very enjoyable visit. Coped with our last minute changes to flights and visits very nicely. Services from TNS partners were also excellent. Yourself and Mr Raman delivered a very polished service that was very much appreciated.
