Thekkady is a place located in the Idduki district and a location of the Periyar national Park. Close to the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border, this place is located at a distance of 257 kilometers from Trivandrum. It is the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary that attracts tourists to its dense evergreen and savanna grasslands. This green and serene environment is a feast to the eyes.
