How to reach Jhansi:

By Road: A number of buses belonging to Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation runs to and fro between Jhansi and cities like Chandigarh, Lucknow, Mathura, Delhi, Kanpur, Varanasi, Agra and Chitrakoot. You can also avail luxury buses owned by private agencies. The city has two national highways (No. 25 and 26) running through it that are in turn connected by a good network of roads.

By Rail: The most important railway station of the city is Jhansi Cantonment Railway Station. There are super-fast trains and also regular expresses to Jhansi from cities like Varanasi, Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow and Kolkata.

By Air: Gwalior, the airport closest to Jhansi, is 100 km the city. It can be reached from Varanasi, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and other major cities. Some distance away is the Khajuraho Airport, which is 175 km from Jhansi.
